2026年3月30日——沃尔沃汽车与吉利汽车签署了一份非约束性谅解备忘录（MoU），拟就领克在欧洲建立新的商业合作伙伴关系[1]。根据该谅解备忘录，沃尔沃汽车拟负责领克在欧洲的商业及品牌运营。此次合作旨在通过深度协同，加速领克在欧洲市场的规模化增长。
自2016年在欧洲发布以来，领克品牌已建立起强大的品牌号召力与高黏性的用户生态。本次合作将充分发挥沃尔沃汽车在欧洲区域卓越的运营能力与完善的终端网络优势，推动领克在欧洲市场实现更高效的规模化跃升，以满足日益增长的市场需求。
本次合作不涉及股权架构变更，领克品牌仍属于吉利汽车集团，在全球范围内主导其产品设计、研发及合规认证等核心业务。
Lynk & Co in Europe to be Operated by Volvo Cars to Support Growth and Unlock Commercial Synergies
March 30,2026 –– Volvo Cars and Geely Auto have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”)，for a new commercial partnership with Lynk & Co in Europe, subject to final agreements[2].Under this MoU, Volvo Cars is planned to manage Lynk & Co’s commercial and brand operations in Europe, as well as the sale of Lynk & Co cars through selected retailers and its sales and servicing system in relevant European markets.
While operational execution in Europe will be managed by Volvo Cars, Lynk & Co will retain its complete independence. Lynk & Co remains a core pillar of the Geely Auto Group and will continue to independently design, engineer, and develop its unique, global product portfolio.
Since its European launch in 2016, Lynk & Co has established strong brand awareness and a loyal user base. By leveraging Volvo Cars’ central commercial operations and mature dealer network, Lynk & Co Europe is expected to achieve faster scalability capable of supporting higher volumes.
